Accreditation Assistance Access Centre (AAAC) advises Internationally Trained Professionals/Trades People on how to obtain professional recognition in Canada. This service is offered free of charge to our clients. Please visit the "Contact Us" page for locations and contact information.
If you are a professional or trades person who have obtained degrees, diplomas and/or certificates outside of Canada, AAAC can assist you with the development of your Accreditation Action Plan(s) and Accreditation Portfolio(s) to speed up your accreditation recognition process.
AAAC provides you with information about all Canadian accreditation, licensing and professional recognition body standards, processes, costs and intake requirements related to your employment, training and other interests.
What is Accreditation?
Accreditation is a comparative evaluation, assessment/reassessment of your credentials, skills and experiences you need for professional integration in Canada.
Accreditation may include:

- Accreditation for Licensing/Certification
- Accreditation For Training
- Assessment/reassessment of Job Search and Work-Related Skills, which might require you to reassess your English proficiency and/or computer skills and look for volunteering opportunities to create Canadian experience etc.
What do you need for successful Accreditation?
You need:
- To have your own Accreditation Action Plan
- To have as many Accreditation Action Plans as professional goals you pursue
- To have your Accreditation Portfolio to be able to present your knowledge, skills and experience to succeed in your accreditation
